Summary: Great facility. The units were very nice and well kept. The floors needed to be swept and maybe mopped, but nothing that I would criticize. Check-in & out was awesome. The doors with codes was awesome too. I really liked that the property management kept and eye on the weather and got us out of the pool when lightening neared us.

Summary: They advertise a "unit" that sleeps like 12, but actually this is 2 seperate units that are not connected, not on the same floor. So they need to be more forthcoming about the actual arrangement.

Summary: The beautifully decorated condos were exactly as shown on the VRBO posting. The two condos gave us the opportunity to have privacy after a day spent with our daughter’s family . The 2nd bedroom in our condo allowed for us to keep the grandkids overnight while our daughter and her husband had a night out to themselves. The location was convenient to restaurants and main strip. We had no negative issues with our stay and would not hesitate to return. Do not hesitate to stay at this location if you are looking for a great generational vacation.

Summary: Overall I would recommend this property to my family and friends. Very responsive. They stayed in contact through text through our whole vacation. We had a coffee pot that stopped working. I contacted them through text and we had a new coffee pot delivered within the hour. Very impressed with the handling of the situation. We rented two units building 1 and 4. Both units very clean and stocked very well with all amenities. Great location.

Summary: This booking includes 2 beautifully decorated condos with all the modern conveniences. Since we met friends there, it worked out perfectly for us to each have our own condo to retire to. We enjoyed playing games provided by the owners. This location was close to all the activities we had planned, and there were lots of places nearby to eat out. We had a wonderful stay!

Summary: The pictures dont do the property justice, it was very spacious and easy to find. Eveything was located very close by and the property was in a quiet neighborhood away from the hassle and bussle of the brandon landing. The floors are thin and u can hear the neighbors abouve you moving around but its expected in condo living. Otherwise the beds were comfortable, everone had their own bed and bathroom. It was really nice when you wanted time to yourself. Also loved the deck. It was a wonder fall night so we greatly enjoyed that. Thank you again to our host.
